Career

30 years lecturing experience at the University of South Africa (interpretation of Statutes administrative law, environmental law, indigenous law and media law.   Supervisor/promoter at postgraduate and doctoral level (administrative law, media law and telecommunications law).

Publications

Authored various articles in textbooks related to freedom of the press, censorship and hate speech, environmental issues such as radiation, air and water pollution and the impact of administrative law on environmental law, labour issues – freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining in the defence force.

Authored and co-authored various publications and workbooks on Media Law, Administrative Law, Communications Law, Immigration and Emigration, and Environmental Law, as well an on-line publication on Divorce Law.
